Changes To Our Board Membership
As we enter a new operating year, we announce the following changes to our board membership
We have said goodbye to Dr Elizabeth Macmillan, who has moved on from her role as chair after three years of strategic and effective leadership and guidance. We wish her all the very best for the future and are pleased to be able to continue to work closely with her through her GP role in east Haringey.
We are delighted to welcome Dr Charlotte Hamlyn as our new chair who was selected by member practices after a formal advertisement, interview and voting process. Previously our board representative for the southwest primary care network, Dr Hamlyn brings valuable perspectives and insights from her many years of experience as a GP in a busy general practice in southwest Haringey.
Wendy Harper-Tarr, who has been our nurse representative to the board has also stepped down. We thank her for her much valued perspectives and contributions during her time as board member.
We are very pleased to confirm two new members to the board to represent key areas of the primary care workforce; Shivani Patel who joins us as AHP representative and Clare Duffy who joins as nurse representative. Both Shivani and Clare bring will bring valuable experience and additional insights to the board to represent and reflect a broader range of the primary care workforce.
