Phlebotomy Service - Book Your NHS Blood Test (Haringey Area)
If your GP has requested a blood test, you can book an appointment at one of the NHS clinics in or near Haringey.
All appointments are made through the SwiftQueue system.
How to Book
All blood test appointments must be booked online via Swift Queue – Book here
You will need:
- Your NHS number
- The blood test request form (your GP will send this electronically or you can collect from your GP Practice)
Blood test locations
1. Wood Green Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC)
Address: 159 High Road, Wood Green, N22 6YQ (inside The Mall)
Opening hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
- Saturday: 9:00 am to 4:30 pm
Notes: Routine adult blood tests by appointment only.
2. Laurels Healthy Living Centre
Address: 256 St Ann’s Road, Tottenham, N15 5AZ
Opening hours: N/A as by appointment only
Notes: Community-based clinic offering routine phlebotomy services.
3. North Middlesex University Hospital
Address: Sterling Way, Edmonton, N18 1QX
Opening hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Notes: Hospital-based service; longer wait times may apply.
4. Whittington Hospital
Address: Magdala Avenue, Archway, N19 5NF
Opening hours: Limited same-day urgent appointments
Notes: Only for urgent requests; availability is limited. Appointments must still be booked via SwiftQueue.
Home Blood Test Service
If you're housebound or unable to attend due to health reasons, you may be eligible for a home blood test visit.
Please contact your registered GP practice or to request a referral to the domiciliary phlebotomy service.
What to bring
When attending your appointment, please bring:
- Photo ID
- Your NHS number (if known)
- Blood test form
