We are dedicated to supporting local GPs' capacity and capability within primary care.
Working together, we maximise efficiency and minimise cost by creating and delivering opportunities for innovative, collaborative, shared services that add value to our member practices and PCNs.
- We can take care of recruitment and employment of staff on behalf of practices.
- We provide practices with high quality practice management leadership and support and other administrative roles required within general practice. We can develop bespoke offers to meet a practice’s specific needs.
- We enable and provide services like specialist admin support, clinical document management processing, summarising records, CQC mock visits, HR support, shared staff (covering absence), and shared training packages for activities like fire safety / health & safety at work.
In this way, our involvement helps practices benefit from flexible support at scale where and when they need it most.
