Michael Fox

Michael Fox has been CEO of Haringey GP Federation since November 2025, bringing over two decades of experience in primary care and digital transformation to the role.

Michael began his career at a large university GP practice in Norwich, where he spent ten years progressing from data inputter to IT Manager. In 2015 he moved to London, spending three and a half years leading Primary Care Digital Transformation for Camden Clinical Commissioning Group. Michael joined Camden GP Federation in 2018 as its first employee, playing a central role in establishing the organisation, before moving to Haringey in 2020 as Chief Operating Officer. He went on to serve as Acting CEO before being appointed to the role permanently.

Known for his energy, dedication and collaborative approach, Michael brings deep knowledge of primary care, strong relationships with member practices, partners and staff, and a proven track record of delivery.
